This includes date and time you access the Site and/or Application, Push Notification Device Tokens (if you choose to grant permission), location (if you choose to grant permission), UDID, iOS operating system version, country of device registration, crash report information (i.e. timestamp, crash GPS radio state, cellular radio state, WiFi radio state), and user language preferences.

Marketing Products and Services

We may place advertisements concerning the products and services of third parties on our Site or Application, so that our users see them when they use our Site or Application. By accessing other third party websites or applications through our Site or Applications, you are consenting to the terms and privacy policies of those websites. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies whatsoever as we have no control over them.

Users' Age

Our Site and Applications are designed and intended for those who have reached the age of majority (18 years of age), but may also be used by minors between the ages of 13 and 17 years old IF a parent or legal guardian signs up for a Breoot account on the minor’s behalf and purchases the plan on the minor’s behalf. By using our Site or Applications, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or older, or that you are a parent of a minor between the ages of 13 and 17 years of age and are providing consent on their behalf.

No one under age 13 is authorized to submit or post any information, including personally identifying information, on our Site or Applications. Under no circumstances may anyone under age 13 use our Site or Applications, sign up for an account on our Site or Applications, or purchase anything through Breoot. Parents or legal guardians of children under 13 cannot agree to these Terms on their behalf.

We are not liable for any damages that may result from a user’s misrepresentation of age.
